This notification is a reminder that garbage dumping is not allowed at Garden Patio Villas!
Please place garage bins out on Wednesday or Saturday. Bulk garage is only on Saturday. You should place the bulk items outside (in front of your own home) the night before since bulk items get picked up very early.
One time someone dumped a pile of garage on Poinsetta Way. Melodie, the President worked with Rafael in cleaning it up!! Thank you, Ralph Brandenburg!! We do not want our community in Garden Patio Villas looking this way again!
Thank you to Garden Patio Villas‘ residents who help by allowing us to put garage and recycle in their bins. If you see Ralph Brandenburg tell him “thank you” for his hard work and effort to keep our neighborhood clean!
