Here are some old newspaper clippings from when Garden Patio Villas Homeowners Association was developed and built in 19761977, in the city of Margate, Florida. These historical newspaper clippings are a treasure of the beginning of our HOA community.
Although the 9-hole golf course, Margate Executive Golf Course, (which was previous adjutant to Garden Patio Villas) wasn’t yet created, Margate had 18-hole golf courses, which were popular to home-buyers.
