Driveway Paint – Paint can be found at Home Depot. Give them Garden Patio Villa’s phone number and they can look up the correct paint color for your driveway. Members must submit a Architectural Review Committee form to the Board for approval. The Association will give you back a $50 credit with an approved form.

Exterior Paint Colors – Paint can be found at Home Depot. Give them Garden Patio Villa’s phone number and they can look up the correct paint color for your exterior door, exterior wall and exterior trim. Members need to first submit a Architectural Review Committee form to the Board for approval.

Roof– Whether you are repairing your roof or replacing it, Garden Patio Villas uses specific colors. Currently, the three colors are “Autumn Brown” (standard); “Brown-wood” (dimensional) or “Burnt Sienna.” Members must first submit a Architectural Review Committee form to the Board for approval. A City Permit is required.

Front Door – All front doors need to be painted Garden Patio Villa’s exterior color. They can have a half moon window or rectangle window at the very top of the door. Members must first submit a Architectural Review Committee form to the Board for approval. A City Permit is required.

Windows – Any exterior windows (standard or impact style) need to have a white frame. Members must first submit a Architectural Review Committee form to the Board for approval. A City Permit is required on all new, exterior windows.

Dome Light Poles – Contact Maintenance and let them know the light pole got knocked down. If it is rusty and can’t be re-installed, a 3in x 84in Black Outdoor Lamp Post can also be purchased at Home Depot.

Contact Maintenance for the Globe dome light. Replacement globes are $35.00

If the light-bulb goes out, do not replace with standard bulbs. Request a free dusk-to-dawn light-bulb from Maintenance.

Address Sign – Garden Patio Villas allows parcels to place additional address signs on their villa. This specific address sign from Amazon is custom made and fits above the garage door. It is weather-proof and won’t rust. Signs or numbers must be placed on the villa, not on common area.

Garage Door – Garage doors are required to be a dark brown to be in unity with all the garage doors in the community. There is not a specific color or brand.

Members can choose between regular paneled or with top paneled windows. Members must first submit a Architectural Review Committee form to the Board for approval. A City Permit is required.

Mailbox Key and Box – A replacement can be purchased at Home Depot or Maintenance can replace it when the Postman is available for a replacement cost of $10. (This includes two identical mailbox keys.)

Clubhouse Key – A replacement key can be purchased at Home Depot or Maintenance can get replacement for the cost of $5.
