Our Homeowners Association’s Board of Directors are required by Garden Patio Villas and Florida Statute 720 to comply to the following requirements and rules:

Sign and agree to the Code of Conduct Agreement

Board Certification (required within 90 days after being elected; good for 4 years)

Continued Education Courses (4 credits per year)
