The responsibilities of the Maintenance Coordinator consists of manual labor, vendor interaction plus great communication with the Board. The Maintenance Coordinator position is paid $150/month to take care of some simple manual tasks in addition to be the liaison between our vendors and the Board of Directors. This paid/volunteer position must also be able to answer the phone, text and send emails to our Members and coordinate the work needed to take care of common areas.
