Our new clubhouse roof is completed! To ensure full insurance coverage before hurricane season and to avoid rising construction costs, the Board replaced the 19 year old clubhouse roof this April 2026!
We are pleased to announce that the roof is now fully insured against storm damage by having wind mitigation coverage. Furthermore, Garden Patio Villa’s Board of Directors unanimously voted to fund this project entirely from our statutory reserves. That means there will be no special assessment for our Members to pay for the new clubhouse roof!
