This 2023 aerial view of Garden Patio Villas shows the Association’s 83 villas along with our Clubhouse and heated swimming pool. It also shows a bit of the surrounding condominiums of Oriole Gardens II, single family homes along with what was previously known as “Margate Executive Golf Course” and presently known as “Coral Edge” townhomes.
