Homeowners Associations have common elements. What are they? Garden Patio Villas‘ common elements are items that Members own that are required to have unity in structure and/or in color. Our common elements include anything you might want to repair or upgrade that can be seen from the outside of your villa. This list is the majority of the items so you get a good idea when approved is required.
Garden Patio Villas Association maintains the same standard throughout the community so that the appearance looks nice and is in unity. What does that mean for each villa member?
Common elements and Architectural items in your Homeowners Association can vary depending on your Governing Documents. In addition, the types of buildings and structures may make paperwork and approval a bit confusing! At Garden Patio Villas we ask you to fill out our Architectural Review Committee form to make sure you are following our guidelines and rules in our Governing Documents.
The safest way to make sure you follow the rules in regards to common elements is to ask your association about anything you want to upgrade, replace or repair that can be viewed from the outside.
