Garden Patio Villas is self-managed. What does that really mean? Our own Members take care of our Association and it saves our community a lot of money! Nearly all HOAs and condos pay for a management company. We do not! This means maintenance problems get resolved quickly and you have access to our maintenance team within 24 hours! Thank our Maintenance team when you see them. They do a lot of work to make our Homeowners Association look great!
