Melodie called the meeting to order at 3:00 PM
OLD BUSINESS:
PAVERS AT CLUBHOUSE AND POOL AREA – The Pool will be CLOSED the week of 8/14/23-8/18/23. We will be resurfacing and sealing the pavers. Mailbox area might have limited access.
NEW BUSINESS:
SURVEY RESULTS TO COMMON AREA IMPROVEMENT SURVEY – The Common Area Survey resulted in a majority vote by Members to place a gazebo and benches on the old shuffleboard area near our pool. This improvement will begin this year.
DRIVEWAY PROTOCOL (RULES AND PROCEDURES) – Many driveways have faded and worn away paint. Driveways are part of Common Elements and must be maintained by the Member. (See Section V -Rules and Regulations). Board approval is required prior to making changes or additions to common elements. Members must first get an approved Common Elements Form signed by the Association to ensure prior color match. You are then eligible for a $50 reimbursement on your cost.
Reminder: No vehicle repair, expired tag or overnight parking is allowed on the street. (Per Rules and Regulations VI -Parking)
NEW OWNER INTERVIEW PROCEDURES – The Board is ensuring that Rules & Regulations are read prior to the Board interview.
GARDEN PATIO VILLAS OFFICE HOURS – Official business hours 9am-5pm ET, Monday-Saturday.
