In 2022, the Board voted to use our credit card rewards to continue to beautify our association and add more clusia bushes on Lemon Tree. Just Call James, a landscaping company from Margate came out and planted 28 plants. They first removed the cherry hedges which were almost dead and very unsightly.
Members who noticed the hedges were very happy to see more healthy clusia bushes being planted. We hope as you drive through Garden Patio Villas, you can also enjoy the new bushes planted in our community!
The Board continues to work hard to improve our landscaping and maintain our 45 year old Homeowners Association. Take the time to walk around and enjoy our greenery!
