Our ” Villa of the Quarter” for the 4th quarter winner was voted on and the winner is C9U2! This villa shows a well cared for garden of beautiful flowers, plants and a small palm tree! Our member, Mary Schultze, spends her free time gardening and loves taking care of her garden! She shows pride of ownership and at the same time follows all guidelines from our Homeowners Association.
Mary was thrilled to find out C9U2 won the 4th quarter for our “Villa of the Quarter.” We are thankful for a member like her because she helps our community look well cared for and adds to the beauty overall in our neighborhood.
