Garden Patio Villas is self-managed. Our Maintenance Coordinator works with our Vendors to take care of Maintenance. Nearly all HOAs and condos pay for a management company. We do not! This means maintenance problems get addressed from within our own community. You have access to maintenance within a very short period of time! You should contact Jeff in Maintenance.
