This 2023 aerial view of Garden Patio Villas shows the Association’s 83 villas along with our Clubhouse and heated swimming pool. It also shows a bit of the surrounding condominiums of Oriole Gardens II, single family homes along with what was previously known as the “Margate Executive Golf Course.” Our community is nearly 50 years old and we continue to improve and beautify our Association in the wonderful city of Margate, Florida.
