We encourage all Members to utilize Zelle for their payments to the Association, as it offers a fast, free, and easy way to submit your maintenance fees directly from your bank account. It also gives Members the option of auto paying with Zelle automatically!

How to Pay with Zelle:
- Access Zelle: Open your banking app and look for “Zelle” or “Send Money” options. You can also access Zelle on your bank website. To find out if your bank has Zelle, click here.
- Add Recipient: Add Garden Patio Villas as a recipient using Zelle by useing our email address: gardenpatiovillas@gmail.com.
- Enter Amount: Input the exact amount of your HOA maintenance payment, assessment, or other HOA fee.
- Add a Memo (Crucial): In the memo or notes section, it is essential that you include your Cluster and Unit Number. This will help us accurately apply your payment!
