In August, Garden Patio Villas completed its 2025 annual tree trim and removal, with a special focus on the health and safety of our community’s common area trees. We were happy to welcome back Farina Tree Care, our professional arborist who has provided expert service to our senior community for many years.
Farina Tree Care’s work focused exclusively on the common areas. He meticulously inspected and serviced trees that were identified as problematic. This included trimming branches that were either dead, diseased, or at risk of causing damage to property or people. Additionally, he removed several trees that were deemed a potential hazard to the community.
A key part of the annual maintenance also involved trimming branches that extend over our streets. This proactive step ensures that larger vehicles, such as delivery trucks and emergency vehicles, can navigate our community without any obstruction.
