On Saturday, July 25, 2026, Garden Patio Villas marked a major milestone in our community’s history: our Golden Jubilee Celebration!
Members gathered to honor 50 wonderful years of our Homeowners Association (HOA), which was first established back in 1976. While our HOA has adjusted to some changes, many new faces have joined us over the decades. The warm, community spirit has remained the same.
In fact, we were thrilled to highlight one extraordinary Member who has called Garden Patio Villas home from the start… Betty Horn! Betty has been living here since the very beginning of Garden Patio Villas development! We also celebrated our most recent Member, Alvaro Romero.
With approximately 34 Members attending, the clubhouse was filled with energy, laughter, and fantastic food. The Association paired up with generous Members who brought an absolute feast to share, including:
An event like this doesn’t happen without a lot of heart and hard work. A big thank you goes out to Pauline and our incredible Celebration Planners for organizing such a seamless, vibrant, and fun event.
Even with the rains and thunder (which hit us at 2:30pm) there was dancing and music and much fun while everyone waited for the showers and thunder to slow down.
