Garden Patio Villas finally finished our gazebo project! We now have a place to sit and relax on a bench and enjoy the birds and breeze! If you are walking your dog, the common area next to our pool is where you can stop and relax for a while!
As a reminder, the gazebo project was paid by being careful with the Association’s records and finances. It was NOT paid from our HOA Maintenance funds. It was paid by our Association credit cards rewards! In recent years, the Board of Directors has been using these credit card cash rewards to beautiful our senior community. Previous years, we added new bushes, flowers and now a gazebo and bench!
This gazebo project was a result of the Board taking a survey from Members on how they wanted to use the Association’s credit card rewards. The most votes went to this gazebo project! Stop by, take a sit for a few minutes and rest your feet. Relax and enjoy your day!
We hope future Boards Members will continue this practice with our credit card rewards and make enhancements for all of our Members at Garden Patio Villas to appreciate.
Garden Patio Villas got new Clusia Bushes on Lemon Tree Lane and replaced the old bushes that were there for decades! Just Call James has done our landscaping before, so we used him again in September 2024. He did an excellent job!
The landscaping of new bushes on Lemon Tree was thoughtfully planned out and paid for by our cash back credit card rewards. In other words, beautifying our community was done through the diligence and financial planning of the 2024 Board of Directors.
NOTE: These bushes WERE NOT paid for by our HOA maintenance fees. The Board hopes you enjoy how our credit card rewards help to beautiful our 55+ Association!
