Garden Patio Villas is getting new neighbors adjacent to us in Margate, Florida. It is a new development of 132 townhomes! If our new members are not aware, back in December of 2023, City Commissioners voted and gave approval to rezone and build townhomes. Today we know it is called Coral Edge and developed by Pulte Homes.

The Developers prepare to build and sell three bedroom townhomes; most likely occurring in 2026. There will be much more to see in the months ahead of us! Although it’s a long road ahead of us, we know this community will have beautiful three-bedroom, 2.5 bath townhomes with one-car garages. The townhomes will be from 1,682 to 1,727 square feet. Prices will start in the high $500,000s, with anticipated sales in the low $600,000s. The townhomes will be for all ages.
There is much more coming in the new year! The canal off of Margate Blvd will be moved further to the west side. We should also see a park at the front of our Margate entrance with a black slated aluminum fence surrounding the development.
