Garden Patio Villas had their 2024 tree trim and removal completed in August this year. Farina Tree Care provides us with professional care to trim trees for hurricanes in addition to showing us which trees are diseased or problematic.

Garden Patio Villas had a “Listening Session” with Juli Van Der Meulen on June 25, 2024 at 7PM. She invited the community and everyone was welcome to attend. She had coffee and Dandee Donuts and wanted to hear what residents liked or disliked about Margate; changes, improvements, frustrations, etc…
Juli gave us her background and also told us a little about her family. She then asked those in attendance what discussions they would like to talk about pertaining to our City of Margate. Some of the topics discussed included:

Juli Van Der Meulen is running for Commissioner in the City of Margate. She and her family have lived in Margate for 37 years. She volunteered in the “Planning and Zoning” Committee and is now running for Seat #1. For more information about Juli, click here.
