For sprinkler systems, although the water comes from the canal, the sprinkler lines and new piping required to repair or replace, costs each Member money via their maintenance fees.
In a community like Garden Patio Villas, where Members and residents live in close proximity, the failure of one person’s plumbing can impact their neighbors. A shared wall can become a conduit for water damage, and a sewer backup on a private property can affect the main system.
