If you are visiting Garden Patio Villas and would like directions, please note we are somewhat hidden from Margate Blvd. Our HOA community is south-west off the corner of Margate Blvd. and 76th Ave. (Behind the plaza.) We have three private roads that can lead you into our senior neighborhood.
- Off Margate Blvd., we are on the south side of the street, west of 76th Ave and East of Coral Edge townhomes.
- Off Atlantic Ave., turn north onto 76th Ave We are located south of Margate Blvd on the west side of 76th Ave.

The Clubhouse is located on Orange Blossom which is the first street south of Margate Blvd and Cluster 1 and 2 are located here.
